I’m Brittney, a Brooklyn-based Certified Mat (163-hour), Reformer & Jumpboard (143-hour) Pilates instructor of 4+ years and wellness event curator, blending strength, mobility, and contemporary flow into intentional, grounding movement.My teaching is rooted in precision, alignment, and mindful pacing, coming from a trained background as a company dancer and movement specialist. I focus on helping clients deepen technique, build functional strength, and move with greater confidence both inside and outside the studio.When I’m not teaching, I curate wellness events and community experiences through strong brand and partnership relationships that bring movement, lifestyle, and connection together.Additional certifications received through SPRING Movement (PMA/NPCP approved) include Anatomy Foundations, Prenatal and Postnatal & Building Inclusive Spaces: DEI Training.Full Comprehensive certification (476 hours) Cadillac, Chair, & Barrels Certification to be completed in early 2026.

SEMI-PRIVATE DUET
50 mins $70/person

Perfect for friends, partners, or roommates who want personalized mat-based sessions together.

REFORMER PRIVATE
50 mins $130

Available in-home only for clients with access to a reformer in their home or building’s fitness studio.
Expect intentional alignment work, strength building, and contemporary reformer flows tailored to your body.

Packages are valid for 90 days.
Payments are currently accepted via Venmo, Zelle or Paypal.To reserve a single session, or class packs (purchased in full), which can be applied to any eligible private session payment is required at time of booking.

BOOKING POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS
Life happens! If you need to adjust your session, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made within the 12-hour window, or missed sessions, are considered late cancellations. See policies for late and no-show sessions.
LATE CANCEL POLICY
Cancellations within 12 hours of your session are considered a late cancel.
As a courtesy, your first late cancel will be returned to you (no fee, no credit lost).
After the first occurrence, late cancellations follow the standard policy:
• Single sessions: 50% of the session rate
• Class packs: a 50% of the discounted session rate
You may also reschedule once within the same calendar week (pending availability) without penalty, as long as it has not been marked as a no-show.NO SHOW POLICY
• For single-session bookings, the full session rate applies.
• For class packs, one session credit will be deducted from your pack.
• Credits are not returned or refunded for no-shows.
RESCHEDULING
Sessions rescheduled more than 12 hours ahead can be moved with ease, based on availability through the booking platform! Rescheduling within 12 hours follows the late-cancel policy above.
